How to run scans and read results.
Швидкий старт
Вставте партнерські посилання (по одному в рядок) або перетягніть файл .txt / .csv, натисніть Start scan. Сканування називається автоматично за датою та часом.
Історія
У лівій колонці — ваші останні скани. Натисніть запис, щоб відкрити звіт. Можна закрити вкладку під час сканування — результат з’явиться в історії.

Експорт
У звіті доступні кнопки Summary та Full (CSV або Excel). Summary — короткий звіт по посиланнях; Full — детальні рядки з прикладами згадок.
Для адміністраторів
- Users — схвалення користувачів і whitelist.
- History — фільтр за кількома користувачами та датою; експорт списку або об’єднаних результатів вибраних сканів в один Excel.
Для суперадміна
- Settings — режими сканування, Telegram-сесія, ротація секретів (Apify, Resend).
- Costs — налаштування та перегляд витрат Apify.
- Увімкніть Advanced report table на вкладці Scan для повної таблиці та bulk-дій.
Quick start
Paste partner links (one per line) or drop a .txt / .csv file, then click Start scan. Each scan is named automatically with date and time.
History
The left rail lists your recent scans. Click an entry to open its report. You can leave the page while a scan runs — results appear in history when finished.
Results
Export
From the report panel use Summary or Full (CSV or Excel). Summary is a compact per-link overview; Full includes detailed mention rows.
For admins
- Users — approve accounts and manage the email whitelist.
- History — filter by multiple users and date range; export the scan list or combined results of selected scans into one Excel file.
For superadmins
- Settings — scan modes, Telegram session, secret rotation (Apify, Resend).
- Costs — Apify cost settings and usage.
- Enable Advanced report table on the Scan tab for the full table and bulk actions.

Add to whitelist
Paste one or many emails. Separators: new line, comma, or semicolon.
Admin can approve users and manage the whitelist. Settings / costs are superadmin-only.

Fast limits
Deep limits
Auto uses Fast for fast_pass and Deep for deep_pass. Only two limit sets are stored: Fast and Deep.

Secret rotation
Rotate Apify, Resend, and scan-job secrets in Secret Manager. Values are never stored in the app database. After rotating, click Apply to restart Cloud Run services.
YouTube keys, bootstrap emails, and ops webhook remain in the deploy pipeline (GitHub Environment).
